As a service partner, you will need to register to use the Arise platform by joining the call center business of les Gestions Cannavino. Once enrolled, service partners review and select the best opportunity for them and complete a certification course that will prepare them to provide customer support. After successfully completing the certification course, les Gestions Cannavino will sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Customer Opportunity. Each SOW typically lasts three months.
